Boys Director of Coaching & Zone 1 Director, Prince William Courage - Prince William, Virginia

This is a full time position. All duties will be in conjunction with the Technical Director of Coaching. This position reports to the Technical Director of Coaching and the Executive Director.

Duties for this person will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the Boys program
  • Assists in the club’s overall program at all levels and help promote the club and its philosophy
  • Attend all games and training sessions as assigned for the club and its programs
  • Create and Implement Zone 1 Curriculum for Club
  • Direct U7/U8 Academy Program
  • Director of Youth Technical Programs
  • Plan and participate in clinics across the club

 Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of USSF B License and National Youth License
  • A broad and diverse coaching ability at all ages and levels of play
  • Ability to motivate, train and teach coaches
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet software

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications

State DOC Recreation - California Youth Soccer Association - Cal North

Job Title : State Director of Coaching - Recreation
Job Type : Full Time

Job Description : To manage and control the daily functions of the Recreation Coaching Education Program, promoting and developing fundamental soccer skills.
Promote and prepare coaches for the National Courses throughout the state.
Develop additional material (teaching and training aids) to help both instructors and participants attending courses.
Recruit, select, train and evaluate State Coaching Instructional Staff.
Work with office staff to develop, implement and follow administration processes and procedures for the Recreational Coaching Program.

Promote soccer and coaching education statewide for the recreational level leagues/clubs.
Write and seek articles for publications/e-communications relating to Recreational Soccer.
Participate in Regional, National and State events involving Coaching Education.
Work with Committees and volunteers as assigned.
Requirements : Previous experience in USSF Coaching Education Program instructing the required "State Level" licenses.
A broad and diverse coaching ability at all ages and levels of play.
Ability to motivate, train and teach coaches.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet software.
Minimum of two year degree from an accredited college; or preferably four to five years related experience and/or training in working with youth sports and non profit organizations.
Minimum of a current "A" and a "National Youth" license from the USSF.

Youth Academy DOC - New England Futbal Club (NEFC) - Massachusetts

The New England Futbol Club is looking to hire a full time Youth Academy Director of Coaching (DOC).  The DOC will be responsible for 1) developing club-wide educational programs among multiple regions; 2) ensuring the programs are maintained at a high standard that are consistent with the club’s player and team development philosophy; 3) serving as head coach for a select number of teams; and 4) developing soccer in the community. 

Minimum Qualifications:


Position offers compensation commensurate with experience level.

 

  1. Requires high level of organization and personal initiative.
  2. Strong verbal & written communication skills a must.
  3. Experience managing  a coaching staff
  4. Needs a high energy level and have had experience developing youth players.
  5. USSF “B” license or higher, NSCAA Advanced National and/or National Youth license qualifications or equivalent required.
  6. In addition, practical playing at a high level and minimum of 5 years coaching experience required.

Coaching Staff - New England Futbal Club (NEFC) - Massachusetts

Staff Coach

Staff Coaches will coach youth teams(s) and develop soccer players between the ages of 10 and 18 through various training sessions, clinics and events. Staff coaches will run tryouts and be expected to recruit players.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years youth soccer coaching experience with demonstrated success in development of youth players.
  • NSCAA and/or USSF coaching license(s) in good standing
  • Positive, professional and outgoing demeanor
  • Competent and comfortable with communicating with parents and players.
  • Must have work authorization
